• • Support the Service Parts Supply Chain for new repair parts creation of electro-mechanical medical devices • Works with suppliers and/or cross-functionally with internal manufacturing, engineering, and R&D to determine root cause and define the repair process, as well as managing the change control required to implement the change • Understand and follow regulatory (FDA) compliance, business configuration for change control, comply with all current Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality System Requirements. • Follow up on open complaints of existing repair parts or processes and resolve both field and customer related issues. • Project lead for analyzer core harvest - manage asset recovery and increase throughput of the reverse logistics supply chain. • Subject Matter Expert (SME) of requalification efforts within the Exchange Parts Depot.
