- To greet and welcome members and provide them with excellent customer service.- Troubleshoot member queries in person, over the phone, via email or through the gym's website and social media channels. - Register new gym members and coordinate class schedules and teachers. - Project managed sports and fitness events and the gym facility, including coordinating cleaning, repairs, and maintenance and ensuring all gym equipment was used safely in line with regulations.- Assess the client's fitness levels and develop goals and strategies for continuous improvement.- Provide nutritional and well-being advice to clients and design, implement, and teach fitness classes for up to 20 people per class. - Responsible for ensuring the health and safety of members by overseeing the use of gym equipment and carrying out First Aid and CPR when required in an emergency.

- Function as a liaison between students and general faculty staff to respond promptly and effectively to students' queries or concerns.- Provide exceptional help to students seeking information or assistance regarding coursework and study expectations. - Provide administrative support regarding admissions, course enrolments, exams, and other applications. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the courses and techniques taught to students in the Exercise Science Department. - Actively participate in physical exercise classes with students to demonstrate effective techniques.- Assist with coordinating student placement after study.- I assist students generally with assimilation into campus life.
