Responsible for driving Innovation and IRAD across the Sensors Division. This includes creating financial return white papers, overseeing IRAD and Quartey reporting of IRAD progress to corporate. During my time as a senior product manager i was responsible for increasing customer visibility of our technologies and leading technology share event with our customers.

I created the idea and project managed the first fully automated LVDT test station to test high volume manufactured aerospace linear sensors. This include managing a team of engineers based in UK, LI NY and Nogales Mexico. The test reduced testing time by more than 60% per LVDT, provide full traceability of test results aswell as being future proofed for next generation test requirements. Project cost was approx $600K with a pay back period of 18 months. Responsible for overseeing project management of ITAR controlled flight position sensors.
