I have been in the construction equipment rental industry for over 35 years. 20 of those years I have been involved in the shoring and trench plate rental field in Northern California. I am looking to move to Fresno county and seek employment in that area. My responsibilities include increase revenue for the branch through exceptional customer service and sales initiative. I am dedicated to underground trench safety equipment rental and supply needs. My customers include contractor companies, non-building, industrial and commercial building contractors. During times of economic growth I have always met me goals. One of my greatest successes was in the general rental industry. Over the course of 3 years I grew one customer from $16,000 to over $3 Million annual sales. In my current position I have successfully managed projects that valued over $100 K from start to finish. I am a team player and strive to help my fellow sales professionals. I send leads to other for their territories, I assist with others demos when needed and assist with computer work. The company I am currently with recently upgraded to a new software system. I have shown over half of the No Calif reps how to get the most from the system. I am a senior salesman and expect to be treated as one. I accept guidance but not micro management. I also expect to be respectively compensated.
