Current-Develop the strategic vision and lead a national team of salespeople to deliver Security, Tracking, and Identification solutions in the business segments of Healthcare, Real Estate, Education, Local & State Government, Law Enforcement, Commercial Business and Banking.-Coach, train and mentor a team of sales managers in delivering on the expected results from their direct reports and respective teams.-Execute and constantly improve the logistics process for our customer experience from the initial brand impression, to the steps of the lead process, executing our sales and marketing follow-up, and a satisfied close.-Use data models and analytics to determine leading and lagging trends to best meet the needs and expectations of our customers.-Research and deliver various new product solutions required by our various business segments focused on the areas of quality, reliability, serviceability, and profitability.-Take care of our employees , the individuals that make us successful.-Deliver expected revenue and profits.-Execute and implement all functions related to acquisitions.
