I am an Engineering Artisit. As an MIT National Science Fellow in the School of Civil Engineering (1971, MSCE), my self-develooped Master;'s curriculum was titled, " Structural Optimization Using Diverse Materials". I have authored over one hundred US Patents and have been cited in over 2,000 US patents. I have founded a global automotive industry for making the vehicles lighter and safer. The industry has so dubbed me "The Godfather of Structural Adhesives." For the last 21 years, I have been providing green packaging to the US manufacturing industry. My new invention - BCS Foam will revolutionize the green industry as it has application for packaging, pharmaceuticals, and replacing wood crating. I am the foinder and president of Packaging Systems Inc. (PSI), which, for 26 years has been a product development laboratory where I invent with the idea of commercializing and growing green packaging innovations. My team is the backbone of PSI with historically as many as 15 employees. My focus has been hiring people with diverse, disadvantaged backgrounds who are motivated to work. Besides inventing, I like discovering the talents and capabilities in my team members. When I'm not innovating I am an avid golfer and have scored 5 aces.
