I would also help in the kitchen with packing customer orders. The key skills that I developed in this role was time management and communication as being front of house, it was my role to ensure the kitchen staff were coordinated to complete customer orders within a reasonable time to avoid customers waiting for too long and complaining. My other responsibilities included cleaning of premises and kitchen equipment.OnlyChargedDubs, Doncaster (Jan 2014 - Dec 2016)Held multiple responsibilities including sales assistant, admin, stock management, packing and shipping of orders and garage work. My main responsibilities on a day-to-day basis were customer service, where I would take customer calls and answer email enquiries and book customers in for garage work. I also process orders purchased through the company website which involves picking customer orders from the stock warehouse, packing and shipping them. If any parts were out of stock, I was in charge of ordering them parts in from suppliers, this also involved driving out to collect parts. As admin I'm very familiar with working on a computer. Any new products we bring in I was in charge of getting the product listed on the website, which involves taking really clear photos using a DSLR camera, editing the photos on adobe photoshop and listing on the website. Once I completed my tasks, I would then help in the garage shop where-ever needed.
