Joe is a native of Fort Worth, TX and a graduate of Arlington High School. Joe went on to further his education at Kansas State University where he received his bachelor degree. Joe was a University Ambassador and Honorable Mention All-American by NFL Draft Report. At the completion of a memorable college career, Joe went on to play in the National Football League with the St. Louis Rams and NFL Europe Rhein Fire 1998 National Championship Team.Joe Gordon was began his career in the financial planning and insurance business in 2001. Joe joined Mullins Wealth Advisors team in 2005 and is a partner in MWA Employee Benefits, L.L.C. Joe went back to Kansas State in 2009 as the Director of Recruiting and helped rebuild Kansas State football. In 2012 he left to pursue his coaching career as a defensive back coach at Mississippi College. In 2013 he took a Co-defensive coordinator position at Garden City Community College and led his defense from last in the league to first in the league in one season. Bethany College brought Joe in as the Defensive Coordinator in 2014 where he led the Swedes #1 ranked total defense and ranked #2 nationally in pass defense. Joe returned to Texas to lead his Alma Mater Arlington High School as the Head Track & Field Coach and Defensive Coordinator. In 2016, the Arlington High School secondary ranked #2 in Pass defense in 6A Region 11 Texas High School Football; holding opponents to 97.5 passing yards per game.Joe is currently in his second season as the Head Football Coach at Juan Seguin High School in Arlington, Texas.
