Operating at the heart of the business, I was tasked with reporting to the external sales representatives to help provide a seamless and efficient support service to internal and external stakeholders; whilst ensuring I delivered the best quality customer service possible. Key tasks during this role included; ensuring all orders are input accurately, exporting orders from the sales software to the invoicing software and ensuring all customers receive their invoices in a timely manner.

During this role I was mainly working with existing accounts, tasked with making outbound sales calls, whilst also handling inbound enquiries and questioning effectively to open opportunities and building relationships. Stock management- Relied upon to develop, manage and control a £1.2million stock profile, promote and develop actions to streamline stock management processes and advise management of problems and shutdowns which may affect operation performance. The key function of this role were to replenish stock whilst seeking the most effective buying deals; through continual negation with suppliers. Assisting in loss prevention through ensuring deliveries are checked and scheduled appropriately.Transport management-Directed a team of five members to develop the most efficient routing system. Monitored all transportation operations, including quality controls to ensure transportation services met contract obligations as well as government regulatory requirements. My roles included organising site plans, discussing routes of travel with clients and relaying plans back to my team and setting out floor plans. This had been an ongoing employment between holidays during my education.

Roles included keeping records of all client meetings and detailed online plans through different forms of software. I was also tasked with noting down accurate plans of work and being able to relay these plans back to management with the upmost accuracy and efficiency.

During this voluntary role I was able to move between multiple departments such as commercial property, private client and corporate. Key tasks were assisting in the composition of formal documents and assist in client meetings.
