A seasoned executive with varied experiences and accomplishments over 25 years as a solutions architect, data analyst, systems analyst and General Manager developing systems for the public sector in financial, land management and newborn screening markets. With experience in both public and private sectors Joe brings strong leadership skills to any team he directs.Leveraging his several decades in IT, Joe joined SafeinHome as Chief Software Architect in 2022. SafeinHome is the leader in remote support for developmentally disabled individuals utilizing cutting edge technology to assist them and their families to achieve independence safely and with dignity.In the Federal space, Joe enjoyed great success as Lead Developer for Agility Consultants, LLC from November, 2019 to May, 2021. Delivering key software development projects for the Easement Programs Division as well as work for FPAC and JCNO among other projects.Prior to his work for the federal government, Joe was a lead developer leading the charge in designing and implementing the largest software suite of products for State governments in the Newborn Screening Market. Designed over 25 years ago these applications are robust, stable and still in production today. As a general manager Joe tripled revenue, added a profitable services business and maintains high profitability year over year. The product suite has changed to meet changes in the healthcare markets. Neometrics systems were one of the first to send and receive patient data via HL7 for newborns. Joe led the migration from client/server to web-based systems seamlessly and profitably. Along with his love of management and leading teams to be successful, Joe has also expanded himself personally, achieving HL7 certification in 2006, A.A. in Business in 2009 and as a certified Yoga instructor in 2011.
