The scheme was designed to provide flexible and convenient means of payment for home ownership. The scheme was rolled it out for Corporate organizations and individuals. MNJ Properties also designed multiple platforms for property sales. These included the homelandghana.com web platform for property listing and the Real Estate TV program which aired on TV 3.

As Founder and Manager of E-Media, Joe Anim has been involved in creating content and concepts for several media platforms, managed several media projects, including setting up of Radio and TV stations, providing advisory services, designing and implementing corporate communications strategies as well as writing, producing and directing several Radio and TV projects
