CurrentJoAnn ("Ann') has specialized in leading people and projects since she worked for IBM as a Product Manager, Senior Management Consultant and (Founding) Principal with IBM Consulting Group. She has worked and lived in North America and Europe as Strategic Planning Consultant, Executive Search Consultant, and Managing Director. She has spoken on leveraging technology and talent acquisition at numerous conferences, authored multiple articles and has been quoted in media ranging from the Washington Post to Executive Grapevine Magazine. Ann joined an IBM client as CIO of a $250M organization formed through the merger of three organizations, Ann integrated three data centers and recruited/retained over 100 people in under a year. She was the first woman to be recruited to Ernst & Young Management Consulting as a Direct Entry Partner. She participated in EY’s historic first Female Partner’s meeting and oversaw the Baltimore office and led the successful pursuit of a $62M project. Ann left EY to join Russell Reynolds Associates as an Executive Director in the Global Technology and Global Healthcare practices. She co-founded the Professional Services Sector and contributed enthusiastically to the Digital Commerce / Internet Sector. Ann affiliated with two global executive search networks, Horton International as Managing Partner for a global Big 4 Consulting Client and Stanton Chase as Managing Director for the firms North American Technology Sector. She was recruited into a Morgan Stanley Venture Partners portfolio firm as EVP and Chief Administrative Officer before forming her own executive search and management consulting firm, Triage Solutions, Inc.
