My role in Volante in the capacity of Director of product development includes leading the engineering and R&D teams that build the following product suites:• Payment Engine and Gateways for different clearing houses• Open banking products • Cloud-based development and integration tool 'The Designer'.Responsible for the end-to-end SDLC from design to production for the VolPay Payment Gateway productsuite supporting 8 different clearing houses across the globe.1. Established and led a dynamic team, providing mentorship in architectural design anddevelopment for a versatile payment gateway product.2. Effectively led a team in successfully implementing the product for TCH RTP, Fedwire, FedNow,CHIPS, Fed ACH, EBA (RT1, TIPS, STEP2), KSA IPS, and SARIE RTGS.3. Achieved seamless product go-live for 9 banks within a span of 3 years, demonstratingexceptional project management and deployment expertise.4. Played a pivotal role in modernizing the product to align with the organizational vision ofdelivering the product as a Software as a Service (SaaS), driving strategic alignment andtechnological advancement.

Lead the architecture and technology consulting for multiple projects for a client who is an education major in the United States. Enabled the sales team in the presales process as a technology and solution consultant. Mentoring the teams with the technical nitty-gritty.

Lead eForce's product development team that developed the 'Context Promotions' product platform. Performed as a technical architect by providing architectural design and technical leadership. Designed the product end-to-end also helped in bringing up the development/deployment environment and assisted the program managers in setting up the development and release process.

I was associated with EBD (eBusinessDesign) for a short period of time as a software engineer. I was involved the company's product quizBench which targets parents of school going kids, who can use the product to give additional training to their kids. The product was developed using J2EE technologies like JSP, Struts, Hibernate.

Innasite was a technology consulting firm, I was deputed to work with couple of start-ups namely RetailWave and Paypod. Retail wave was a company that had aspirations on bringing cutting edge technology solutions for the retail industry, I consulted as a technical contributor and developed the server side solution for the product. Paypod was venturing in to multiple VC funded projects, in which I worked with multiple roles as a technical consultant I worked on various POCs and pilot projects in domains such as social networking, e-commerce, e-payments. Paypod was also developing a adserver in which I worked as a technical consultant and a project manager as well. I used co-ordinate multiple team of domain experts, technology consultants, marketing teams and lead a team of developers in order to ensure effective delivery of the product milestones.

Started my career as a student intern and was associated with the R&D team. Researched various architectural methodologies and the practices of agile methodologies like extreme programming in detail. Later, once I was taken in the roles as an associate, I had the opportunity to work on a project for a company that specializes in construction software as a developer, which paved the way to learn the domain and solve many critical issues associated with the industry.
