Back in California, I’m now focused on helping lead my family’s business, TimeValue Software, a recognized leader in loan amortization and tax, interest, and penalty software. My role centers on driving operational excellence and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.

During my time at PwC Denmark, I was tasked with leading the digital transformation of the Top Tier Assurance Practice, which serviced Denmark’s 100 largest market cap clients. My focus was on three main pillars: improving audit processes, delivering greater value to clients, and managing the change around new technologies integrated into the audit life cycle.Over two years, I grew a team from 0 to 7 skilled tech-enabled auditors and software developers. We conducted human-centered design sessions to identify key areas in need of reengineering and built technology-driven solutions that automated and augmented work, saving thousands of audit hours and delivering deeper client insights. Additionally, we focused on upskilling the department, empowering local audit teams to use new tools and solve data-centric problems effectively.A key part of this work involved redefining our tender process. I contributed to writing proposals and developed technology demonstrations that showcased our suite of digital tools. These efforts played a significant role in securing major clients, with successful outcomes in all targeted tenders.

As a Senior Assurance Associate at PwC, I led audit engagements for large publicly traded clients across diverse industries, including renewable energy (Pattern Energy, Vestas), construction and infrastructure (Granite), biotechnology (Genmab), and financial services (FHLB). I developed strong financial and business acumen through the auditing of complex financial statements and ensuring regulatory compliance.In addition to my core responsibilities, I was deeply committed to process improvement, identifying ways to enhance both client value and internal efficiency. By reengineering key audit processes and integrating emerging technologies, I consistently delivered efficiencies, including significant time savings and greater insights to our clients. My success in driving these innovations led to an opportunity to lead PwC Denmark’s audit digital transformation practice, where I focused on modernizing audit methodologies and leveraging technology to optimize client outcomes.

While at Cal Poly, I founded a venture-backed start-up focused on solving the problems within university recruiting. Highlights included: - Executing funding and support agreement with venture capitalist Tim Draper of DFJ - Securing and supporting clients consisting of mid-sized and Fortunate 500 companies - Driving product development life cycle from conception to launch

At Deloitte Consulting, I provided project management support for a large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP implementation. Specifically, I managed a subset of the process reeingeering work stream to ensure our client’s legacy systems’ accounting data mapped appropriately to the Cloud — rustling in a standardized global financial reporting and consolidation processes.

As part of the top 25 collegiate wrestling recruiting classes in the nation, I spent three years competing at the highest level of collegiate athletics while wrestling for Cal Poly in the NCAA Pac-12 conference.

At Capital Group, I worked with the Portfolio Accounting Client Team and the Global Securities Operations team to strike over 900 daily NAVs and analyze the down stream effects of Capital's equity pricing processes. Through my work I identified inefficiencies in IT systems and team communications that led to 70 FTE hours saved.
