During my time at PwC Denmark, I was tasked with leading the digital transformation of the Top Tier Assurance Practice, which serviced Denmark’s 100 largest market cap clients. My focus was on three main pillars: improving audit processes, delivering greater value to clients, and managing the change around new technologies integrated into the audit life cycle.Over two years, I grew a team from 0 to 7 skilled tech-enabled auditors and software developers.
