I strive to meet people where they are and guide them toward the best versions of themselves in fitness, health and life in general. I take a holistic and individualized approach to coaching to ensure that every client is seen, heard, cared for and empowered.

While at Parabolic, I evaluated and treated a diverse population of patients in an orthopedic and sports rehab setting. During my time here, I gained valuable experience improving my ability to coach and cue high level therapeutic exercise. I was commended for delivering quality patient care and I earned “excellent” ratings on all performance reviews. I communicated with various disciplines (e.g. performance coaches, acupuncturist, massage therapist, etc.) to provide patients with the highest quality of integrated care and educated physical therapists on the use of Blood Flow Restriction Training for the athletic population.

During this clinical experience, I Utilized effective strategies to communicate patient needs within an interdisciplinary team and augmented functional mobility in patients with various orthopedic, developmental and neurological diagnoses (e.g. Torticollis, Guillain-Barre Syndrome, Transverse Myelitis, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, etc.). I participated in meetings with multidisciplinary rehab team and coordinated patient care and discharge with other therapy disciplines. Near the end of my time at CSH, I performed case study and delivered in-service on Transverse Myelitis to the clinical staff.

During my time at Professional Physical Therapy I gained valuable experience in learning how to effectively and efficiently manage multiple patients at one time while delegating tasks to PTAs and PT aides. I created individualized home exercise programs for patients with a wide range of orthopedic and neurologic impairments. I observed various orthopedic surgeries and created presentation on pain science / pain education for the clinical staff.

While at Cornerstone Physical Therapy, I gained experience working in a busy outpatient clinic where I was commended by management for compassionate care and impressive interpersonal skills. I spent time learning how to document daily notes, progress notes, initial evaluations, etc., using Web PT in a timely and efficient manner. Near the end of my clinical experience, I delivered an in-service and provided demonstration on the use of NMES for patients post-op ACLR.

While working at Flo Fitness I designed injury prevention and sports performance training programs for a wide variety of athletes. I worked with clients ranging from 8 to 40 years old and led both individual and group training sessions. I gained valuable experienced training clients with varying degrees of physical and cognitive abilities.

During my time at the Westfield Recreation Department, I supervised staff and campers (ages 5 through 12) while organizing and running fundraising / playground events. I was promoted to site assistant site supervisor in 4th year of program and to site supervisor in 5th year of program. My experience here provided me valuable leadership and interpersonal skills which helped fuel my passion for leading and helping others.
