Shared Services Technical Director
CurrentAs the Shared Services Technical Director for Defense and Health, manage and lead the technical strategy, design, architecture, development, and deployment of customer solutions. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify modernization opportunities and recommends more efficient supply chain operational models tailored to customer missions. Leverages experience with order management, inventory, warehouse, asset and distribution management to design and recommend a composable portfolio following a system of systems approach. Interfaces with customer leadership to identify technical strategy, objectives, and scope of work and plan milestones, resources, budget, and performance metrics. • Communicates across all levels of operations, including staff, users, vendors, and customer leadership for business and technical solutions, priorities, risk, and status.• Manages tasking, priorities, customer relationships, schedules, resourcing, scope, staffing, program, milestones, deliverables, product delivery using SAFe and risk management.• Analyzes customer business processes and technology requirements, proposes modernization opportunities including Analysis of Alternatives, and manages change and organizational impact. • Monitors system development to ensure time to live and speed to value objectives are realized while proactively identify and mitigate risks. • Manage technical components covering strategic sourcing and supplier base for supply chain disruption and their potential impacts to resupply. • Benchmarks best technical and operational practices among customer operations, captures lessons learned, and optimizes practices as a technical services leader. • Monitors the industry for new and emerging technologies, evaluates potential solutions, and makes recommendations that provide time to value outcomes.• Leads and enables Agile Safe teams to design, configure, and deploy cloud-based solutions using a composable system development lifecycle approach.
