DCIM, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is a full service, front end focused marketing company that is proud to call Hyundai Motors America, General Motors, Harley-Davidson, Subaru of America, Dell, Fisher Price, Nike, Microsoft, Sears, Nissan, Leap Frog and ATT among their established clients. Over the last five years DCIM has averaged $85M in annual revenue, has delivered gross margins in excess of 35%, ROS in excess of 7% (and as high as 11% in 2010), and delivered excellent cash management performance throughout my tenure. I had full P/L responsibility for DCIM from 2006 through February 2011. Throughout my 15 years with IMI, I had a good track record of achieving our financial performance expectations, and had proven to be an extremely successful commercial leader especially with our largest global accounts and vendors. I have a natural talent for building relationships and influencing key clients. In addition to these strong external relationships I had forged excellent employee relationships and led my teams and businesses from the front.     In July of 2002, I joined the Norgren business (another IMI plc platform business) as VP of Sales where I reported to the Norgren Group President. I was accountable for all sales leadership in the America’s and all sector sales on a global basis. Those critical sector sales teams covered the following sectors, each of which were significant value streams for Norgren and IMI: class eight truck OEM’s and tier one suppliers; the semiconductor industry; the medical industry; and the print, packaging, paper and pet bottling industries. I also had line management responsibility, with full P&L accountability, for a very profitable manufacturing and sales operation in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In total, I was responsible for over $410M of Norgren’s sales.

I served on the Cornelius global operating board, and reported directly to the Cornelius Group President, Rick Barkley. I was directly responsible for over $200M of Cornelius’ sales. I also assisted with key national accounts including McDonald's, Burger King, YUM!, Hardee's, plus many others. I also worked closely with The Coca-Cola Company's USA Fountain and International Engineering, Marketing and Supply Chain business leaders.

I also focused on McDonald's and Burger King both at their US headquarters and on an international basis. I drove our sales from $45M when we acquired the business in June of 1991 to over $68M when we sold the business to IMI Cornelius in July 1997.

    I joined Alco Dispensing Systems (shortly after Alco Standard Corporation in Valley Forge, PA acquired this business from Eaton Corporation and it became one of the Alco Foodservice Equipment Companies) in September of 1979 in their Carol Stream, Illinois headquarters as a Regional Sales Manager. I was promoted to National Accounts Manager, then Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and then Vice President and General Manager. This business designed, manufactured, marketed, sold, installed and service post mix carbonated soft drink dispensers, juice dispensers, draft beer dispensing systems, and ice makers and dispensers. Our brands included Dole, Selmix, K-Way, and Reynolds. Our customers included The Coca-Cola Company, The Pepsi-Cola Company, McDonald's, Burger King, and many other quick serve restaurants, convenience stores, and many other outlets that sold soft drinks. The senior leaders that I worked with and for included Bruce Morgan, Gerald Veino, Paul Williams, Hank Schmitz, and Bob Janis. In July of 1991, I along with Bill and Dave May and Dave Noble participated in a management buy out of this business which became Wilshire Corporation.
