Primarily Army and DoD focused delivery for customers such as PEO EIS (RCAS), Defense Acquisition University (DAU), Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and Multi National Forces Iraq. Implemented the Program Management Office for the Army 20B ITES-2S contract for Apptis, Inc. In the PM role I provide PMO support to all the Delivery Sectors and Divisions who may propose business using the ITES-2S contract including a major task order for PEO EIS (PM DCATS).Managed a business portfolio, P&L, with 5 direct program managers managing 10-15 task orders with 25M in annual revenue and 20+ % portfolio margin.

• Directed a portfolio organization of approximately 170 EDS employees and sub-contractors, delivering program management and technical services to a geographically dispersed client. • The account delivered 23 separate task orders with annual booked revenue of 21M. • Services included a full range of IT operations, logistics policy support for the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Logistics, and a USAID project for e-government development for the Government of Jordan
