Commercial Banking (CMB) Product Manager for HSBC, Europe driving sustainable loan growth across the mid-corporate market through commercial product management. Adept at monitoring loan product profitability and performance against identified targets and positioning CMB lending products competitively in the market. Sustainable Finance expert and responsible for managing the Sustainable Finance Forum for CMB Europe. This involves assessing the ESG credentials of green/sustainable-linked lending transactions against HSBC’s risk appetite and external market standards (e.g. Loan Market Association). This experience has provided me with the subject matter knowledge (inc. DCM product knowledge, lending documentation, and ESG-risk management) to work collectively with frontline colleagues to achieve client outcomes. Outside of work I enjoy all things sport, having ran half/full marathons and triathlons. I am currently training for my first full distance ‘Ironman’ triathlon event taking place in June 2024.
