CurrentHis practice embraces all aspects of corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and the issuance of debt and equity capital. He is an active board member of various public and private companies, including Motorcar Parts of America, Inc. and QAD Inc. Mr. Adelson completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mr. Adelson was chosen to be on Houlihan Lokey's board of directors because of his long career in the financial services industry and because he possesses particular knowledge and experience in strategic planning and board practices of other corporations.
