With a versatile skill set, I am capable of handling many different aspects of business. However, I hold my integrity above all else. These strengths aid me as follows: Arranger means that I have talent as an organizer (i.e., I am detailed oriented); Individualization is utilized in determining how people who are different can work together productively, which I have constantly done throughout my career; Developer allows me to recognize and cultivate the potential in others, which I have always done as a team leader; Adaptability is a focal point in my career as I have been able to adapt as a manager to best focus on the needs of my teams; and Responsibility shows my willingness to take ownership of all my projects and commitments.As I continue to progress in my career, I have learned the importance of gathering and documenting detailed requirements for business needs. Through collaboration and detailed documentation, I can effectively determine complex functional and solution designs for ERP. I have added value through participation in functional and technical reviews. Further, I apply a sense of urgency, commitment, and focus on the right priorities. Due to this level of focus, I am able to analyze business needs and resolve issues in a timely fashion. I effectively provide reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques, with the ability to find root cause and corrective action for given problems. As a manager, I establish procedures for processes and ensure timelines are met.
