Developed methods for cervical cancer diagnosis and prediction using in situ RNA, hybridization and intracellular flow cytometry.Cultured human primary cells and cell lines, performed cytometry-based virology assays, assessed quality of reagents, consumables, and instruments.Ensured lab personnel and visitors were in compliance with university regulations regarding data collection, safety (biosafety level 2+), waste handling, and maintenance.
