I am responsible for developing and managing the forecast and budget while also leading a team of Production Specialist and Account Executives in driving profitable growth. Capitalizing on my extensive experience leading large global relationships within both the Risk Management and HR Consulting industries, the Aon Pittsburgh Office has seen new business growth year over year while expanding the firm's footprint in all of our major lines of business.Previously with Mercer, I manage a portfolio of business and maintain accountability for annual revenues of $7M+. Capitalizing on my human capital consulting expertise, I work closely with my clients to mitigate risks and develop human capital solutions. During a recent engagement, I conducted due diligence in advance of a merger. This entailed leading a team to understand cross-border rules and regulations and creating an integration plan for global employee benefits. I am also a member of the market leadership team which sets growth strategy for the region, both in terms of revenue and talent.
