Open to discussing other part-time options (not sales positions, please) where you feel my skills would transfer well.Non-profit work included tuition collection ($4M+ annually via FACTS system), processing of payroll ($2M+ annually via Paycor) and getting forgiveness of PPP loan ($800K+) and a rebate/refund from the IRS for Employee Retention Credit ($300K+). Experimenting with researching donors in the Foundation Directory Online database for grant writing purposes. Also, completed an online course, "Grant Writing - A to Z".IT Specialties: Data Retrieval/Analysis, Financial Reporting, Business Intelligence, Process Improvement plus Training and Documentation. Excellent technical documentation and presentation skills. Performed PC Training Coordinator duties for over seven years - taught over 200 classes to approximately 2,000 students using customized training materials I often created. Won the company-wide "Got Caught Going Above and Beyond" Award out of 1,000 employees for these efforts. Able to document and/or explain technical concepts to non-technical associates. Learns most software quickly.
