Computer InstructorKenton County Public Library Jul 2019 - Jan 2022Covington, Kentucky, UsTaught classes in Data Axle (formerly Reference USA), a database about US Businesses, Non-Profits and Individuals, about once every two or three months. Taught this class to over 125 attendees in a classroom setting at Library branches and via Zoom using materials I developed and had approved by the Library. I very much enjoyed getting back to a role in PC Training and found it rewarding to assist those in job transition as well as small business owners. While the focus of the class was primarily to either: A) Assist those in transition with preparing a list of potential target companies for their job search or B) Research businesses for potential target companies for marketing...the data can be used in many different ways. -
Data Analyst ("Data Dog")Frondorf For Council Jul 2021 - Nov 2021I find the data around politics far more interesting than politics itself. Volunteered for Henry in 2017 and Jackie in 2021 (husband and wife) in their respective runs for Cincinnati City Council. Both ran as third party (Charter in Cincinnati) and were underfunded compared to other major party candidates. While neither won election, they BOTH won precincts, which is more than some who were elected can say. I'm proud of the lean, mean campaigns we ran and would be happy to do it all over again.
