-Communicate effectively with applicant(s), underwriters, loan officers, management and/or vendors to resolve problems or questions regarding application and documentation.-Gather, analyze and process necessary documentation from applicant(s), credit bureaus, employers, and various creditors to verify financial information and credit standings.-Responsible for reviewing loan documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.-Respond to emails and phone calls from applicants, mortgage bankers, underwriters and managers in a timely manner.-Ordering Title, Appraisal, Verification of Employment, Payoffs and Subordination.-Calculate and view income as well as review credit and findings.-Various follow-up and tasks needed to assist the department in mortgage application processing, including telephone verification of employment, gathering required documents, ordering payoffs, etc.
