Portfolio sector lead for ~500 industrial/manufacturing/warehouse customers within Ameren Illinois’ Energy Efficiency Program. Optimize customer engagement by managing strategic Program initiatives coordinating with local Energy Advisors, IT/Marketing Departments, private contractors/consultants, third party manufacturing sector support, etc. Customer initiatives/support typically include some combination of outreach/promotion, webinar/email blast, onsite project assessment, technical engineering support, contractor coordination and obstacle resolution, etc.With a team of enthusiastic Energy Advisors, achieved three years in a row the State of Illinois' aggressive industrial-manufacturing electric and gas efficiency goals as scrutinized and verified in accordance with the State's third-party regulators. Efficiency was found in the creation of hundreds of new, real, projects throughout the utility's nearly entire industrial-manufacturing customer base. More information can be available upon request.

Primarily, profit-loss responsibility for a 35MW, 466kppy steam& electric power generation business with ~$7M/yr revenue. Secondarily, ushering business unit through sensitive contract negotiations with the City; and by extension the ultimate sale and closing to a third party developer. Prepared strategic plans for steam business service expansions, and a potential business model overhaul while acting as new business development lead. Maintained personnel hiring, growth, development and local HR responsibility for 14 personnel. Managed operational activity, capital development and asset maintenance plan preparation and financial reporting for an approximately 10-mile distribution piping system and thermal cogeneration power plant. Served as facility lead contact with main customer, the City of St. Louis, as well as on behalf of 65 accounts.Tangible results were largely realized in the successful transaction of this business unit to a third party. Managed business and project development activities associated with proprietary enzymatic hydrolysis conversion technology within transportation fuel, biochemical and municipal solid waste sectors. Developed technology application concepts/definition, identified industry participants, marketed and maintained industry relationships. Provided third party/conference outreach and presentations throughout United States and Canada. Created standard project development strategy, including due diligence overview and product positioning. Managed multiple consultants and six staff to achieve marketing objectives.
