Residents enjoy comfortable, carefree lifestyles in private, pet-friendly apartment or cottage homes, where they have the security of knowing a comprehensive continuum of care is available on campus, should their health care needs change.As the Facilities Services Administrative Assistant I supported the Facility Services Director and the Facility Services team to plan, dispatch, coordinate and document the work-order process. I was responsible for processing preventative maintenance requests, urgent work requests, cleaning requests and moves. I provided other departments with weekly updates from the Facility Services team on completion of work orders and outstanding projects, and answered correspondence from customers, residents, employees, and vendors with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction. Other duties included, but were not limited to, coordinating outside vendor requests, maintaining preventative maintenance records, organizing orders for parts and supplies, and preparation and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures.
