While at Lucent, held a number of senior management positions within the Services Business. Those included; serving as the architect and general manager of Lucent's first Managed Services organization, running the operations and P&L of the International services business and leading the services integration and restructuring efforts for the company's largest unit. Built the Managed Service business from concept stage to $250M of orders in 18 months, growing international profitability, sales and customer loyalty to record levels and the integration of over 50 organizations into Lucent's first comprehensive Services business unit.
