In this role, oversaw teams of project managers, engineers, artists, designers, film makers, editorial staff, and more through the development, release, and support of content and services for the Forza line of video games (Forza Motorsport and Forza Horizon series). Developed innovative collaborative partnership programs with internal and external teams including racing leagues, motorsports teams, auto manufacturers, and retail partners that created awareness and engagement opportunities for the Forza franchise.

    Created Modlife, an innovative online cloud-based platform that provided artists with a suite of customizable tools to run their online business and develop a direct connection with their fans. Signed artists included Jack White, Pearl Jam, Blink-182, Korn and Angels & Airwaves. As GM, I oversaw all business and creative activities including P&L, strategic planning, design, product development, business development, operations and sales. Launched in 2007, Modlife features included turn-key tiered subscription services, innovative live video streaming and chat capabilities, digital and physical sales and fulfillment, pay-per-view events, VIP packages, and more. All aspects of an artist's account were easily controlled through a proprietary back-end system.

Oversaw large internal and external Product Development teams and worked closely with Marketing, PR, and Sales teams to successfully bring products to market. Titles included several innovative physical games that utilized the EyeToy USB camera as an input device to create new user experiences. Among these were EyeToy: Antigrav, EyeToy: Kinetic (developed with Nike), EyeToy: Play2, and EyeToy: Groove. I was also involved as producer, artist, and/or designer on many 'traditional' games including 3Xtreme, Blasto, ESPN Extreme Games (1Xtreme), ESPN Baseball Tonight, ESPN Hockey Night, ESPN NBA Hangtime, and ESPN Speed World.

    Produced multiple large-scale Star Wars video game projects, developed both internally and externally, for a variety of console platforms and publishing partners. Games included Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones, Star Wars: The New Droid Army, and Star Wars: Jedi Power Battles. Oversaw internal and external production teams consisting of producers, engineers, artists, animators, designers, audio (VO, sound design, score), and QA. Developed and managed production partnerships with Lucasfilm, Industrial Light & Magic and Skywalker Sound (Star Wars: Bounty Hunter marked the first time that ILM had created cinematics for a LucasArts game and the first time that LucasArts, Skywalker Sound, and ILM had all worked on a project together). Worked extensively with Lucasfilm Licensing to develop and implement successful partnership opportunities for both casual fans and serious collectors with Dark Horse Comics, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro and Best Buy.
