You know the retail store you go into all the time, buy more than you came in for because its stocked well, the people are friendly and they seem to have all the right answers. That experience doesn't come from luck, its hard work with inventory, training, loss prevention, and way more to keep the box in shape.I happen to be selling auto parts but attention to detail, constant training and development of a team creates what we are all working towards. That is profits. Sales increases. Oh, satisfaction.The little things, "cracked window effect", to the big picture. I could list all of the things that I do there but why bore you with LP, Inventory, training, and all the business stuff you should expect. Started 2017 with a broken store and no real employees-- 35% sales growth-- not bad but it was broken. 2018 many trial and tribulations but still obtained over 22% growth in sales. Bottom line contribution up 66% on the bottom line.What can I bring to your organization??
