I've spent the last 7 months of my life pursuing a career in the music industry, employing myself and 3 other members of the band "Run Side Down" full time. Based out of Madison, WI, Run Side Down has done well, but due to a recent decision by one of the members to move out of Wisconsin I am again looking for work in the business world. Prior to the band I was employed by GMR Marketing in New Berlin, WI as a recruiter for live event marketing. My duties there included sourcing, screening, and hiring employees for clients all over the country. Before that I worked as a HR generalist / recruiter for the YMCA corporate office in Orange County, CA. I am innovative, creative, and an "outside the box" thinker looking for any interesting opportunities in the Madison or Milwaukee area.Specialties: Strengths include internet sourcing, interviewing / screening, nationwide recruiting, employee relations, administration, etc. I pride myself on being able to see the creative angles that many cannot.
