• Provides and supervises remote and onsite support, configuration, preventative maintenance, and repair of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems; and various peripherals.• Scores tests and faculty evaluations and manages the same.• Repairs and oversees the repair of Dell and Mac hardware using required tools and certification (Dell hardware certification, Apple Certified Mac Technician) and provides costs to users for repairs of such devices.• Deploys OS images to Mac and PC hardware for use in labs, faculty and staff offices, and classrooms using required tools (SCCM, DeployStudio).• Creates and maintains comprehensive and accurate documentation of all operational and end-user procedures and information in the department's centralized technician- and/or customer-facing knowledge management systems.• Keeps accurate and timely record of all activities performed in designated department application.• Assist users to configure devices to function on the network using network and server knowledge.• Assists other department units with daily operations and projects, as necessary.• Trains, supervises, and directs staff in maintenance topics related to hardware devices and software support in the unit.
