I've sold properties tenanted by AT&T, Applebee’s, Arby’s, Bank of America, Bass Pro Shops, Burger King, Chick-Fil-A, Chili’s, Chipotle, Dick's, Dollar General, Fed-Ex Kinkos, Family Dollar, IHOP, Mattress Firm, Rite-Aid, Petco, Starbucks, Verizon, Walgreens, Whole Foods and Wendy’s.I've transacted in every region of the US. My entire adult life has been dedicated to retail real estate. Prior to CP Partners, I was Director of Real Estate for Wolf Camera, a 700-store, $700 million chain (now part of Ritz Camera). I started my real estate career doing tenant representation and lease negotiation with Epsteen & Associates (now Terranomics), the founding Chain Links member. I understand all aspects of retail real estate site selection, development and disposition. I'm also the founder and ceo of Nadkins Male Jewels Refresher Towelettes, a unique mens grooming product. I have also been an integral part of the development of several software companies (Vectiv, Accruent and Siterra) that provide a suite of real estate asset management tools to retailers. I was also a founder of Imagespan/Licensestream, a software company that enables the licensing, monetization, settlement and monitoring of digital content across the Web. Early clients include Hewlett-Packard and Bertelsman Media Group.An avid surfer, musician and painter, I earned a bachelor's degree at Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA where I also played soccer and lacrosse.
