Provide security solutions by using CCTV/DVR equipment, monitoring the interior and exterior of client sites, documenting activities and discrepancies, responding to emergencies by providing First Aid/CPR and using an AED when necessary. Ensure areas are secure after working hours, and answering questions by phone or in person. On monthly basis check fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems.

Perform checks using Counterintelligence Database's and verifying persons by using biometrics for the purpose of vetting any non military member seeking arming authorization in the Afghan AOR.

Commissioned Security Guard that carried out roving patrols 12 hours a day up to 7 days a week to ensure the facility is secure. Scan all areas around the facility and outside the facility for suspicious activities using CCTVs. Log In and out all company employees and subcontractors and take headcount at the end of the day and close out logs.

Perform Biometric collection to include Iris Scans, Finger Prints, Facial Images, and Personal Data to include data entry into Microsoft Office Applications. Control Local Nationals/ Other Country Nationals entry and exit of the ECP1 Entry Control Point by using Department of Defense provided systems (BATS, PIER, HIIDE, CENTRIX) to ensure that workers, contractors and visitors are authorized/approved to enter or exit. Other duties include reviewing local force protection status to ensure compliance with theater SOP requirements, incident reports for non daily events that occur, instructing escorts/visitors on procedures and policies of Force Protection in Afghanistan.

Killeen/Temple, Texas Area

Security Manager responsible for oversight of a guard shift of subordinate security employees, subcontractor and/or labor personnel responsible for the physical security posture of facilities and structures at a client site in Temple, Texas. Ensure my employees serve as a deterrent and secure personnel and assets by standing guard or conducting patrols within secure premises to prevent theft, violence or infractions of client rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Supervise, train/ retrain people on proper security procedures. Performs physical security checks and inspections. Collect Classified/ Unclassified documentation regarding formal inquiries and provides general information which will contribute to security reports to Site/ Project management and HSE over site. Create and update employee schedules, as well as fill in call-offs and open shifts when they occur. Control access in and out of our client’s facility by Swipe Access Cards we create and issue as well as logs of Contractor’s performing work on site.
