Drove recruitment into unchartered territory for Soroc as they expanded their technology Consulting practice as well as their technical capabilities within the Financial Services, Retail, Petro-Chemical and Telecommunications industry. Supported almost 300 partners and staff, across 10 offices and all lines of business (Sales, Deployments, Projects, Consulting & National Services), ensuring alignment with the company's strategic priorities, filling between 100 and 250 roles annually. Led and developed a team of up to 8 including managers, recruiters, sourcers and operations staff. Maintain and managed client communications while managing all phases of the of the recruitment life cycle to provide service delivery excellence and enhance client retention.Key Programs and accomplishments: Flexible Talent Bench – Developed, managed and deployed a highly qualified recruitment bench, 1000+ seasonal IT professionals. Developed and headed a Resources on Demand Service designed to coordinate temporary IT technical resources for key on-site projects, adding $3.2 million in business for the 2015/2016 fiscal year. Defined and updated product scope requirements, pricing, and staffing needs through collaboration with sales, the financial institution and Project Management Team for a Windows 10 deployment. Hired, managed and scheduled a team, of 55, Win 7 desktop technicians to travel cross country to deploy workstations and laptops at client campus locations. Acted as Central Point of Contact for all stakeholders. (4.1 million dollar project).  Defined and updated product scope requirements, pricing, and staffing needs through collaboration with sales, the financial institution and Project Management Team for a Windows 7 deployment. Hired, managed and scheduled a team of 45, Win 7 desktop technicians to travel cross country to deploy workstations and laptops at client campus locations. (4.1 million dollar project)Hired and managed a team of 60 resources involved in a three-year data centre build project for a large financial intuition. Through time management the team was able to build, test and deploy a comprehensive infrastructure (6 million dollar project).
