• Handle all things digital for one of the leading promotional product manufacturers in Canada: Social Media, Website, & Information Technology• Created and executed a strategic plan to redesign our website www.jay-line.com. Managing a database of over 1000 products, each with their own specific attributes and details. • Develop and maintain a database of over 25,000 registered email list subscribers. Network with them constantly to ensure satisfactory delivery of specials, notifications, and other general company updates. • Coordinate and create graphics for both web (Flash files, website images, email blasts) and print (ad buys, flyers, brochures, posters, and promotional products).• Handle logistics for all Jay-Line trade shows and event management, which have over 10,000 visitors annually.• Create the annual catalogue, which sees a print run of 20,000 copies, distributed to over 6,000 customers throughout North America.• Liaise regularly with upper management concerning new product development and estimating for prospective orders.

• Designed concepts, layouts, and visuals for over 60 events that were advertised to over 17,000 students and employees.• Worked closely with the Advertising and Design Services department and the Marketing Coordinator in creating promotional materials, namely posters, flyers, and banners. Provided supporting designers with conceptual framework, themes, and branding strategy.• Liaison with external actors with regards to use of logos and trade marking. Was responsible for the reporting of all trademark infringement issues.
