Key achievements:• Delivered £6.3m of financial benefits in the 3PL operation through structured KPIs operational efficiencies and change programs.• Standardised the agency labour operating model across the UK operation.• Re-engineered distribution cost model for new store opening process.

A role, established to review the efficiency of the distribution operations across Tesco group ( 12 countries). To ensure environmental plans were aligned to tangible operational cost benefits.To develop and oversee the (carbon) reduction strategy and plans within the Tesco distribution group. Ensuring efficiency plans are in place and consistent with relevant climate change protocol, industry, government and business targets.
