Joseph Casey has extensive expertise in real estate development, acquisition, and construction management across multiple sectors including commercial, multi-family, charter schools, and hospitality. He holds professional licenses in two disciplines: Florida Certified General Contractor CGC1535850 and Florida Real Estate Broker BK3302449. Joe began is career in 1991 as a Structural Specialist Engineer in the Air Force, serving in support of Operation Desert Storm. In 1998, Joe went to work as a commercial superintendent in the Inland Empire working with national groups such as CBRE developing 40+ acre sites for manufacturing facilities, primarily tilt-wall design and construction.Advancing to a role as project manager in 2000, he oversaw the expansion of school campuses for LAUSD, including civil site design, structural design and low voltage data (Cat-5 and Fiberoptic technology) upgrades for each campus.In 2003, Joe began working with premier commercial general contractor Steven Brackett, constructing food service facilities, night clubs and hotels. This role provided advanced knowledge of commercial facilities design that has helped him both as a project manager and general contractor today.In 2005, Joe formed Allied CDM in Los Angeles with a long-time friend and they quickly became a top vendor of the City of Santa Monica earning repeat business until the market crash of 2008/2009. Allied CDM built several well known area restaurants in Los Angeles including Father's Office and Rush Street as well as the renovation of the Santa Monica Pier in 2007.Relocating to Tampa, FL in 2014, Joe acquired his Real Estate Broker's license and Certified General Contractor license.
