I also have a proven track record of success and innovation in broadline foodservice, catering, event fulfillment, and manufacturing sectors, as well as a strong background in food science, technology, and hospitality management. I am a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a HACCP expert, and a professional chef and food stylist, with experience in national and international events.
