The French Creek Family YMCA is $14.2 million, 67,000 sq. ft. facility made possible through collaboration between the YMCA of Greater Cleveland and the city of Avon, OH. The French Creek YMCA is a regional YMCA serving Lorain County (Avon, Avon Lake, Sheffield, Sheffield Lake, Elyria, Lorain, and North Ridgeville)Successfully opened the French Creek YMCA in April of 2010 with 1,500 membership units and increased membership to 4,900 membership units by March 2011. Successfully formed collaboration with the City of Lorain to manage the Central Park (Outdoor) Pool.Successfully formed partnership with the Cleveland Clinic to provide aquatic physical therapy.

Responsible for providing leadership and management for the operations of the YMCA of Greater Cleveland West District. With over $12 million budget, 7 branch operations (Downtown, French Creek, North Royalton,Ridgewood, West Park, West Shore, Y-Express) and 1 program branch (Elyria).Directly responsible for supervision of branch executive directors and association facilities director to assure strong day-to-day operations, community development, board development, member satisfaction, and property management.Responsibility for Association-Wide Core Service Team in the Area of Sports as well as responsibility for developing annual sports programming budgets, projecting and achieving program participant goals, and implementing membership and program promotions, new program development, fiscal management, and monitoring results against pre-stated performance goals. Responsible for ensuring compliance with identified initiatives (i.e. program quality standards and staffing certifications).

The Lakewood YMCA is a 50,000 sq. ft. facility collaboration with Lakewood Hospital (Cleveland Clinic).Exceeded all financial goals of $3.4 million branch budget including $470,000 net earnings and a $882,000 budget surplus.Increased annual support from $28,000 to $70,000 per year by 2009.Exceeded all membership objectives of 4,200 unit, 10,500 head membership base.Expanded branch community advisory board from 12 to 21 members that met the profile of time, talent, and treasure.

The West Park YMCA is a 30,000 sq. ft. YMCA with a budget of $900,000. The Associate Director position was responsible for all Branch Operations and reported to the District Executive Director.Completed branch turnaround from an $18,000 operating budget deficit to a $40,000 operating budget surplus.Exceeded annual support campaign goal of $23,000.Restructured Branch Community Advisory Board to meet all YMCA of Greater Cleveland guidelines.Implemented community engagement plan in which the YMCA collaborated with Fairview Hospital and Kamm's Corner Community Development.

The Geauga YMCA was a 50,000 new construction project in Collaboration with University Hospital (Heather Hill) opening in February of 2004.Responsible successfully developing all aspects of Youth/Adult Sports, Youth/Teen, and Family programs.Assisted in the opening of the 50,000 sq. ft. facility.Served as the Program Development Team Leader for the YMCA of Greater Cleveland.Developed an eight member Youth Super Sports Volunteer Committee.Achieved Youth Super Sports Mission Driven Quality Promise.

Assited in the planning and implementation of Michigan PGA Sectional golf tournaments and events.
