I was one of those lucky people who found myself working in a profession I loved from the start, which I've stayed in ever since. Maths was my strong point but I also loved public speaking and communicating my ideas and so using data to drive decision making has always been a natural fit.I've spent over a decade starting as an Analyst to now leading the function and experiencing a broad range of sectors to learn what each does best. I am now lucky enough to manager a highly skilled end-to-end analytics function covering Data Science, CRM and Campaign Management and Digital Analytics.No matter where I am or what role I've had my skills and interests lie in hands-on analysis of data (I don't think I'll ever give it up!), delivering meaningful insights and then building capability to execute on those insight and deliver something valuable.
