Modern technology offers great opportunities for achieving this, but also has the potential to overwhelm if it is not fully understood, or used and managed correctly.This is where I hope to use my varied experience, analytical skills and innovative approach to problems to help organisations embrace this change and thus improve their service delivery.I am an enthusiastic, focused and highly-motivated individual with wide-ranging experience of individual and team working. I have a passion for tackling challenging projects, particularly those delivering major but meaningful change. Although I have a strong educational background, I'm always keen to learn and develop, so that I'm ready for whatever happens next.
