I have been a part of the welding supply and industrial gases industry for over 45 years. I started my career at Cameron Welding Supply in 1973. I have worked my way up the ladder, eventually becoming President of the company in 1998.I worked with the Independent Welding Distributors Cooperative (IWDC) for over 20 years, serving as Purchasing Committee Chairman, Marketing Committee Chairman and, finally, Chairman of the Board in 2006. I was also on the board of the Gases and Welding Distributors Association (GAWDA) for 4 years. I have also served on Distributor Councils for leading manufacturers Lincoln Electric and Hypertherm.I am an active member of Vistage and Trendleaders. These CEO groups support businesses across a variety of industries, and aim to help executives tackle the issues that all business face daily.
