As the Visibility Manager, I spend my days working with a talented pool of individuals in an effort to produce solid Web Application Products that meet various internal and client facing requirements. Working with Product Managers, UX Designers and Backend Service Teams. Together we ensure our user experience is more than just bells and whistles but rather a well-orchestrated application built around industry-backed frameworks. I am exposed daily to Nodejs, Hapijs, Javascript, Docker and many other tools in our arsenal to build scalable Web applications for our clients. Yet, beyond the code reviews and team interactions. One essential role that I have, is defining and honing internal processes around the Visibility Team and extending that scope to the QA and Product Groups. I get great satisfaction in seeing Teams work together to make all of our lives easier so that we can focus on solutions. Awesome tooling is a large part of that process but internal cooperation has to be at the forefront of our everyday strategy so that we exceed our customers expectations.What makes this role rewarding? The gratification in seeing an Application start from a concept and become something beyond what you originally envisioned. To say you were a part of something like that has more meaning and purpose than words can express. It is that feeling of accomplishment that makes the job worthwhile.

The IBA system for process data acquisition and analysis consists of perfectly adjusted hardware and software components for acquiring, recording, analyzing and processing measurement data.• Had the pleasure of working along side Senior Developemt in an effort to create a web-based configuration tool for deploying customer web pages that interface to IBA America products. My part was to implement a Toast or Popup alert library for the application. I tested "toastr," and other open source javascript lib's and ultimately decided to use an angularjs version that would tie in well with our efforts. • Supported IBA product web pages for customers by modifying and implementing Javascript, HTML and CSS code changes. Adding content or javascript functions to handle customer requirements. • Install, configure and test various 3rd party Charting / Reporting software packages. JReport, Infragistics, Google Charting API, D3 / HighChart Javascript frameworks. • Install and configure Small Business Server 2011 and SharePoint Server (Sandbox Network). • Install and configure Virtual-box Environments for Atlassian products ( JIRA, Stash, Confluence ) • Additional work with Xilinx ZC702 Embedded Board and proprietary API integration. • Provide technical support for all IBA hardware and software services. • Upgrades, New Installations, and System Configurations. • Organize and assist customer training in-house or on-site.

• Analyzed internal business systems and implemented new technology tools to better assist day-to-day processes.• Modification of outdated Excel ( Macro Enabled ) Spreadsheet, that is used for daily projects and consultant service time tracking.
