The manager of Threat Intelligence Operations leads the team responsible for researching, curating, and producing cyber threat intelligence for Tyler Technologies. This role ensures the effective operation of threat intelligence initiatives, crucial for shielding the organization from emerging cybersecurity threats.

Assisting the Director and Program Manager of the Nuclear Weapons Cyber Assurance Laboratory, this specialist achieves Key Performance Indicators by managing technical data, implementing control management procedures, and coordinating/cooperating with other project managers under the Nuclear Enterprise Assurance program.

This individual is tasked with leading a nine-person cyber intelligence team within a hybrid work environment across all US time zones in order to provide timely, relevant, and comprehensive information to protect T-Mobile's customers, employees, and assets from physical and cyber threats. One of the key aspects of this position is to mentor, train, and hire top tier cyber intelligence analysts to execute all-source information collection and intelligence analysis in support of our decision makers and security teams.The senior manager is also responsible for building/improving relationships with internal T-Mobile teams, third-party partners, and public and/or private organizations that builds strategic partnerships that benefits all parties in support of an intelligence-led cyber and physical security program. Finally, this leader is experienced with providing intelligence support as part of high profile/high impact cybersecurity incidents and providing information/expertise to government agency inquiries or court cases at the direction of legal counsel

As the manager of Trinity Health's Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) program, this experienced individual is charged with the development, ongoing improvement, and day-to-day operations of the organization's Cyber Fusion Center (CFC). This manager leads a team of diverse, dedicated, and experienced CTI analysts to proactively defend Trinity Health's network and information assets while supporting the needs of their patients, physicians, colleagues, and other key stakeholders. Additionally, this role takes the lead in external communication and collaboration with industry partners, relevant government agencies, and the Health Information Sharing and Analysis Center (H-ISAC) for information/intelligence sharing and analysis.

Co-developer and second founding member of PepsiCo's Cyber Threat Intelligence Group within the Information Technology organization. This organization is one of five teams within the company's Cyber Fusion Center that conduct intelligence/information fusion to combat online threats to PepsiCo and its short, medium and long term business operations. This analyst uses previous experience within the intelligence community, military, and private sector to build a solid intellectual and operational base for the group based on solid intelligence analysis and business principles.

Provided a competitive advantage for the company by informing and supporting decision-makers and personnel on actual or potential threats impacting employees, facilities, infrastructure, or business operations. To accomplish this task, this analyst utilizes various information sources internal and external to Citi and develops partnerships with internal and external private/public sector partners on Cyber Security threats. Additionally, this analyst utilizes various "Big Data" tools (Hadoop), data management tools and techniques (Maltego/i2 and Link Analysis), and knowledge of various threat actors and their associated Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures to protect Citi employees and customers.

Assigned/promoted to various roles, from junior enlisted Soldier to Officer, such as Signals Intelligence Analyst, Battalion Intelligence Officer, and Executive Officer (Second-in-Command). Some highlights of this individual’s military career are:• Established a Battalion Intelligence unit within an organization that never had one before while deployed with the 101st Airborne Division during Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) IV (2006).• Served as the 2nd Infantry Division’s (2ID) Information and Physical Security Officer providing oversight of the Division's various intelligence activities and served as the division’s Intelligence Command Inspection Program Representative and Subject Matter Expert on information and physical security in South Korea.• Orchestrated information/intelligence collection operations between 2ID’s intelligence section, subordinate units, and Republic of Korea (South Korea) Army Defense Security Units to ensure a common joint intelligence picture of the battlefield.• Increased the performance of Miami MEPS eight months from assuming the Executive Officer position from 58 out of 65 MEPS to seventh place overall and increased performance rating from 75 to 99 percent.
