Developed and implemented guidelines for, and acquired technologies to achieve, continuous integration and continuous delivery, resulting in a reduction from weeks of work to automatic hourly deployments. Conducted a comprehensive review of API management frameworks and tools, constructed a governance model around the selected framework (API management framework by Apigee© Edge), and assessed the impact of the new framework on business capabilities, culminating in a pilot study to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of the framework.
