In this role I was responsible for all sales training activities throughout Long Island, Connecticut, Westchester and New York City, as well as 3rd party vendor training around the country.In addition, I led the development of numerous sales initiatives and special projects.Key Sales Enablement accomplishments:-Achieved New Hire graduation/certification rate of 85%; accomplished via a standardized,centralized, organized and disciplined training program.-Led the Direct Sales New Hire program re­design.-Developed various sales skills workshops such as; Door Openers, Objection Handling, Sales Coaching.-A special project that I'm particularly proud of was the opportunity to run Sales Training for “Optimum West” (The purchase of Bresnan Communications; located in MT, WY and CO). More specifically; -I Led the design and implementation of the Direct Sales New Hire Training program. -Completed curriculum on schedule and delivered the inaugural training in sync with the opening of the first sales office. -Managed all scheduling and training logistics as each Sales office opened across 3 states and also oversaw training for Telemarketing and Commercial Sales teams. -Created a logistics strategy which resulted in the ongoing and successful delivery of training & certification of sales staff as each new office opened...across three states. -Developed and implemented a video conference version of the training program, providing usage beyond initial commitment of “In­-person” training.
