As Director of Cloud Services my responsibilities are focused on cloud-based technology solutions that increase productivity and security. Specializing in Microsoft's broad array of Office 365 solutions, I have managed a wide variety of migration and deployment projects. I also manage a number of web and social media projects and assist in DNS and web design when needed.

My responsibilities have three main areas. The first area is helpdesk. I am the facilitator of our helpdesk. I manage and schedule the staff of the helpdesk to optimize coverage and efficiency. I also fill in as helpdesk technician and act as tier-two escalation for the other technicians. I also am heavily involved in software and hardware deployment, ordering, tracking, scheduling and retirement. My main role at Neothink is technology support for our clients.The second area of responsibility is operations. I manage the day-to-day operations within the organization. I am heavily involved in strategy and direction decisions as well as hiring and management of the staff. I am the ambassador to many professional networking functions and work closely with our local chamber of commerce. The third area of responsibility is marketing. Our organization does not have any salespeople. We rely completely on word-of-mouth to drive our business. I do everything I can to promote positive word-of-mouth. I am responsible for maintaining and updating the website, social networking presence, newsletter and social events within the organization.

Painesville, Oh

As Digital Media Developer, the scope of my work includes capturing all types of visual media including audio, video, and images as well as updating, maintaining, and creating content for our website, facebook and twitter presences. I am also the primary manager of our web server.

I maintained all multimedia and computer technology for the school of law. I would update and inspect all incoming student BYO devices as well as manage all faculty technology needs both inside and outside of the classroom. I also managed the replacement life-cycle and inventory of all technology in the building as well as coordinated with the faculty and staff to facilitate many after-hours special events, presentations and conferences.

Technology support for various websites as created by the UDRI Technology team. Also the primary support person and maintainer of an e-mail newsletter service which had 2 million subscribers.

Geneva, Ohio

I updated and maintained a network of hundreds of windows based computers including teacher's personal computers and computer labs. This was seasonal work while I was not away at school.
