Alta Farms II Wind Project – 200MW / Clinton, IL Grizzly Bear Creek Wind Project – 152MW / Mannville, AB, CanadaAbles Springs Solar & BESS Projects – 301MWdc / Terrell, TX• Responsible for contractual analysis, risk assessment, redlining of all related contracts, and negotiations of terms and conditions.• Provides full range "cradle to grave" contract management by providing input to RFP through Procurement to ensure all project contractual requirements and specs are within procedures. • Coordinates with internal stakeholders, negotiating with vendors, conferring with legal counsel, and determining mitigation strategies of legal issues. • Provides contract management support for validation of invoices, preparing contractual amendments, monthly budget review, and ensuring proper execution of contracts. • Supports the preparation and management of the procurement plan and project budget; prepare detailed reports to keep team apprised of project costs and to complete the project within budget.

• Developed technical work packages in accordance with standard operating procedures and incorporated required construction drawings and technical designs into work instruction procedure. • Prepared and maintained operating procedures, systems, policies, and controls for maintenance work.• Ensured proper acquisition level of procured material is documented and in compliance with nuclear quality assurance requirements.

• Planned, organized, coordinated, and controlled engineering projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements. • Ensured subcontractors performed in accordance with the statement of work, site quality program, technical specifications, schedules, deliverables, and milestones in a safe and secure manner. • Assisted in preparing documentation for the request for proposal, evaluating the proposals, awarding the subcontract, and executing the acquisition strategy.

Submarine Warfare, USS Asheville (SSN-758) • Acted as eyes and ears of the ship utilizing the US Navy’s most advanced sonar system to protect US territories. • Conducted operational and administrative aspects of the submarine’s computer and control mechanisms used for underwater surveillance and scientific data collection.• Streamlined work authorization controls and database development for tracking all maintenance actions throughout the ship during depot modernization period.
