Prudential Australia Ltd Engaged to re-wrote the implementation plan, timeline and cost and then to project manage the payroll implementation. It was delivered on time and within budget. Worked with four other newly appointed executive committee members on the consolidation of five loosely affiliated state based companies; identified immediate and strategic business needs; developed new organizational structure; undertook audit of available talent; managed the populating of new organisation structure and subsequent redundancies. I built HR department capability to deliver a full range of services for strategic and day-day running of the new national business.
