Worked with four other newly appointed executive committee members on the consolidation of five loosely affiliated state based companies; identified immediate and strategic business needs; developed new organizational structure; undertook audit of available talent; managed the populating of new organisation structure and subsequent redundancies. I built HR department capability to deliver a full range of services for strategic and day-day running of the new national business.
